FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- A summer favorite is set to return in just over a week, marking the beginning of downtown Fort Wayne's summer fun. Saturday a source at the Deck, a part of Don Hall's restaurants, confirmed that they will be opening for their 2024 season May 14, with weather permitting. Located along the St. Marys River by Headwaters Park, The Deck offers a variety of food along with a full bar in an outdoor setting. The Deck teased their upcoming summer season earlier this year, posting in Feburary on Instagram that they would be hiring.
