Syracuse, N.Y. — Emotions spilled over outside the Onondaga County Criminal Courthouse Friday at the end of the fifth day of a trial for a Syracuse man accused of fatally shooting 11-month-old Dior Harris.An argument started around 3:15 p.m. outside Judge Gordon Cuffy’s courtroom, where Jesse D. Outley, 27, is on trial for murder. The argument was between family of Baby Dior and a woman who was there for Outley.
