KENNER, La. (WGNO) — Officers with the Kenner Police Department are at the scene of what many believed was a possible shooting at a Walmart on Thursday, May 2. The KPD reported officers are responding to a "call of a possible shooter" inside the Walmart at 300 West Esplanade. Two arrested in connection with attack of bicyclist at Angie RV park KPD officials said an initial report shows it's a possible electrical noise coming from the back area of the store "that sounded like gunfire." According to the KPD, "Officers are now actively searching the store for victims or armed suspects." At this time, there have been no reports of anyone shot or armed suspect found.
