LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Atlantic Coast Conference talent, Andrew Carr, is committing to play his next season of basketball at Kentucky. On Sunday he announced on X, “Excited to announce I am transferring to the University of Kentucky for my graduate season. I know what it means to wear Kentucky across my chest and couldn’t be more ready to get to work!! Go Cats!” Carr averaged 13 points and almost seven rebounds for the Wake Forest Deamon Deacons this past season. The 6-foot-11 forward will have one eligible season remaining.
