SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- SDSU senior running back Isaiah Davis was selected by the New York Jets with the 173rd overall pick pick in the fifth round of the NFL Draft. The two time FCS All-American led the country with over 1,500 rushing yards this past season. He also tied for the top mark with 18 touchdowns on the ground. Davis improves NFL Draft stock at multiple venues The Joplin, Mo., native finished his career third in SDSU program history in both rushing yards and TDs. He played an instrumental part in the Jackrabbits winning consecutive FCS national titles.
