Carson City area casino gaming revenue was up slightly in March, according to the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Statewide, revenue was down 1.65 percent compared to March 2023. Casinos in Carson City, Gardnerville, Minden and all other areas of Douglas County except for South Shore Lake Tahoe report gaming generated revenue, also called "gaming win" of $11,274, 853 for the month, up .08 percent. Elsewhere, gaming revenue was down 5.45 percent at South Shore Lake Tahoe and up 2.07 percent at North Shore Lake Tahoe. Reno area casinos report gaming revenue down 6.03 percent for the month, and Sparks, 1.34 percent. Statewide Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,290,406,695 for the month of March 2024. This amounts to a 1.65 percent decrease compared to March 2023, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,312,049,411. See the full report below.
