It's a frosty start to Thursday with a Frost Advisory in place until 9 AM for much of central Indiana. Many not in the advisory are still seeing temperatures that have fallen to frost levels in the mid 30s. We'll see a mix of sun and clouds around today and temperatures that won't be quite as cool as yesterday. Highs are expected to be near 60°. This is still below average for the time of year, which is currently 67° for this date in Indianapolis. However, this is just the start of our warmup. Temperatures are going to rise quickly into the end of the week and the weekend. We see highs near 70° Friday, near 80° Saturday and into the 80s Sunday. This warmup does comes with rain chances. Widely scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will move in Friday afternoon and continue through the evening and into Saturday morning. A few isolated showers will remain possible Saturday afternoon and evening but most will remain dry.
