DORCHESTER, Mass. (WWLP) - Six names were selected as winners of the Massachusetts State Lottery’s "Second Chance Drawing" for a $1,000,000 Martha Vineyard Jaws-inspired event trip. Berkshire County man wins $1 million on scratch ticket The state's new $10 scratch ticket with the "Jaws" theme offers unique rewards including a chance to win up to $1 million or a second chance to win rewards, including a trip to Martha’s Vineyard next summer. The trip coincides with the 50th anniversary of “Jaws.” Players can enter into the second chance drawing if the ticket is not a winner with up to 30 prizes in the second chance drawing, including the three-night trip to Martha’s Vineyard for two people at the Harbor View Hotel. Six people were randomly chosen for the first of the game’s five Second Chance Drawings: Patricio Brandao, Lawrence Dona Mae Ferguson, Little Compton, RI Adam Gerhart, Holden Michelle Hall, Methuen Bianca Huntley, Gardner Jean Keough, Fall River The trip includes a black car service to and from the ferry, a bus tour of the island that focuses on scenes from the movie, a private screening of “Jaws,” as well as $1,000 in spending cash. There is a total of up to 30 winners to be awarded the Jaws trip. The lottery will conduct a second chance drawing after every 20 percent of ticket sales.
