(BCN) -- Martinez police arrested a man earlier this week for allegedly possessing a loaded firearm and identity theft paraphernalia. Officers on Tuesday pulled over a certain 31-year-old Mickey Ringer in the 3500 block of Pacheco Avenue. During the stop, police found the loaded handgun and items used to commit identity theft in the vehicle. Homicide suspect fatally shot by police in West Oakland Ringer, a resident of Sonora in Tuolumne County, was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm and other associated offenses.
