NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- An overturned cement truck caused major traffic delays on I-264 eastbound near Ballentine Boulevard in Norfolk Wednesday morning. The driver was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital to be treated for injuries. VDOT cameras showed emergency crews working to clear the scene and traffic snarled along I-264.
