NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — All lanes of traffic are blocked on Interstate 10 at Elysian Fields following a crash on Tuesday, April 16. A Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development traffic cam shows eastbound traffic blocked due to a large vehicle blocking the roadway. 24-year-old woman identified as victim killed in Warehouse District mass shooting A spokesperson for the New Orleans Police Department said the crash happened around 12:40 p.m. The NOPD, New Orleans EMS and New Orleans Fire Department are on the scene.
