INDIANAPOLIS -- One man is dead and two teens are wounded following a late Wednesday night shooting on the west side of Indianapolis. Just before 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, police were called to a mobile home park along Raceway Road and found an adult man who was shot to death in the driver's seat of a car on Mariway Road. Officials with the Marion County Coroner's Office identified the man as 20-year-old Ian Kenneth Le Quinn Neberz. "It's a tragic thing that occurred. It's nonsense really," said neighbor Ryan Adams. 1 dead, 2 juveniles injured in shooting on west side Adams described hearing a series of gunshots outside his home that left his neighbor's car riddled by a half dozen bullets. The juvenile said his friend had been shot in the head before crashing into the bottom of a mobile home and dying on scene. The young victim was also clearly frightened the suspects could strike again. "He was afraid the people that shot at him might come back," said Ryan Adams.
