CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Adam Wurtzel went to a local elementary school to celebrate Library Week and National Reading Month. It was story time, as “Up ‘n Adam” read “Waiting Is Not Easy!” to kids at Shamrock Gardens Elementary School. March is National Reading Month, and Library Week is being celebrated through 3/31.
