CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. – The Chester County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting Tuesday morning. It happened at a residence near Westbrook Road around 6:30 a.m., according to the sheriff’s office. A victim found at the scene who had been shot later died. Their identity has not yet been released. Deputies say they were quickly able to identify the suspect as 64-year-old Wayne Emile Jacob. Deputies are seeking an arrest warrant for murder.
