Louisiana Capitol hosts 14th annual Garden of Flags ceremony

Over 11,000 flags were planted on the Louisiana Capitol lawn to honor service members who lost their lives while serving the country, in a ceremony hosted by Blue Star Mothers of Louisiana Chapter One and For Our Fallen's Hero Hump.
