The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 56-year-old woman who was last seen almost four months ago. According to police, Rhonda Thomas was last seen at approximately 2 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2026, on the 100 block of North 49th Street. Officials said Thoma s is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Police said they don’t have a description of the clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
