Norfolk Police chief, two others will retire under settlement with city

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Three high-ranking members of the Norfolk Police Division on administrative leave have reached settlements with the city. The settlements were made public Thursday in the agenda for Monday’s Norfolk City Council meeting. Under the agreements, Chief Don Miller, Capt. Chad Reiman and Lt.
