HONOLULU (KHON2) -- The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) held a groundbreaking ceremony Friday morning for its first high-rise rental project, Hale Mōʻiliʻili, in partnership with Stanford Carr Development. The Hale Mōʻiliʻili project will feature a 23-story tower with 271 rental units, exclusively for native Hawaiian beneficiaries on DHHL's waitlist.
