MINOT, ND (KXNET) — Are you in a rush but don't have the time to make a pot of coffee? Well, you're in luck, because there's now a new place to grab a cup of coffee in town. Prairie Sky Coffee Barn opened Thursday in Minot. Jazmine Schultz, co-owner of Prairie Sky Breads, says they didn't plan on opening a coffee barn, it just fell into their lap. Making the ‘mother lode’ of holiday stress easier Coffee isn't the only thing they serve up, they also have caramel rolls, cinnamon rolls, and scones. "Well, our hope is that it will allow us to serve people in a little bit of a different way. At the downtown location, there is no mobility for a drive-thru to happen. So drive-thru is a little more friendly for moms who don't want to take kids out of the car, for folks who have some mobility issues, so a drive-thru is friendly for people," said Schultz. They are located in the parking lot of the Badland's Restaurant in Minot. Close Thanks for signing up! Watch for us in your inbox. Subscribe Now Today's Top Stories SIGN UP NOW
