BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Kern County Sheriff's Office is seeking help from the community in locating a man who has been missing since. Oct. 21., according to the office. Alan Clingen, 37, last contacted family members almost two months ago, according to KCSO. Investigators released a photo and description of Clingen Friday. Teen reported missing was last seen a week ago in central Bakersfield: police He stands five-feet, eleven-inches tall, weighs 125 pounds.
