MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- One person was killed in a single-car crash in South Memphis on Friday morning, according to the Memphis Police Department. WREG crews on the scene saw a truck inside the treeline on the side of the road at Texas Street and McLemore Avenue. Photo by WREG The MPD says officers responded to the area just after 9 a.m., and one person was pronounced dead on the scene. This is an ongoing investigation.
