GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Two people are facing charges in the killing of a 23-year-old, according to the Greensboro Police Department. At around 12:48 a.m. on Oct. 17, Greensboro officers, firefighters and Guilford County EMS came to the 1600 block of Van Wert Street after getting a report of a shooting. Man found dead in Winston-Salem after being kidnapped on Bainbridge Drive, police say At the scene, officials found 23-year-old Shango Adams dead in the driveway. Adams had been shot. On Monday, Terrell Anthony McQueen, 26, of Winston-Salem, was taken into custody in Winston-Salem in connection to the killing of Adams. He is being charged with first-degree murder, discharging a weapon into occupied property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Southern Lee Hart, 25, of Germanton, was taken into custody on Friday in Greensboro and is being charged with accessory after the fact to murder. Hart's bond was set at $25,000 secured.
