EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle closed down part of North Mesa overnight and into the morning commute on Friday, Dec. 13. Shaun Felice/KTSM 9 News Police say the call came in at 2:20 a.m. at the corner of Mesa and Castellano. The Police Department's Special Traffic Investigations Unit responded to the scene. This unit typically responds to crashes involving serious injuries or fatalities. All lanes on North Mesa were closed for several hours but opened up just before 10 a.m. Friday.
