Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies are investigating reports of a shooting in a Tamarac neighborhood. BSO units responded to a house along the 5000 block of Northwest 50th Street, Thursday night. The call came in as a shooting. Several blocks in the neighborhood have been blocked by BSO SUVs. Sometime after 10 p.m., 7News cameras captured deputies with their long guns out as they investigated the incident. A short time later, deputies were seen standing near their SUVs with their guns drawn. A single gunshot rang out. Just after 11:10 p.m., cameras showed an increase in BSO presence. Several vehicles were seen arriving along Northwest 51st Court, about two blocks away from the home, including a SWAT truck with its lights on.
