ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man is under arrest after he was allegedly seen waving a handgun out the window of his car. Just after 6:30 a.m. Thursday, Rochester Police responded to the area of Portland Ave and Central Park for the report of a man waving the gun out of his white Mazda. Police eventually pulled over the vehicle on in the 800 block of North Goodman Street 52-year-old Jimmie Summerville was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degree. Police said he was in possession of a 9mm handgun with 31 rounds.
