ANNAPOLIS, Md. (DC News Now) -- If you've been around for even the shortest amount of time, there's one thing about Marylanders that's pretty clear: they love to represent their state. The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) knows it, and it offers a number of ways for people to wear their pride or show it in other ways. Metro holiday pop-up shop returns to DC with more merch MDOT posted on X, encouraging people: "Give the gift of @MTAMaryland merch!," sharing pictures of a holiday sweater, Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) argyle socks, a vintage MARC travel mug, and a retro bus ceramic mug. A link shared in the post takes people to the new MTA online store where they can order those items and more to "fulfill a transit lover’s holiday wishes."
