Green Bay man arrested for 5th OWI offense after I43 traffic stop on Thanksgiving

MANITOWOC COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) - A Green Bay man was arrested on his fifth OWI offense after a traffic stop in Manitowoc County on Thanksgiving night.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol Fond du Lac Post, 68-year-old Bobby Hill of Green Bay was pulled over on I-43 southbound near Silver Creek Road in Manitowoc County around 9:50 p.m. on November 28.
The release notes that Hill was stopped by a Trooper for speeding on I-43 and was subsequently arrested for his 5th OWI offense.

Authorities say Hill allegedly had a half-full bottle of vodka in his vehicle and was arrested after Standardized Field Sobriety tests were performed.
