The area’s first real cold snap introduced itself to us on Thanksgiving and will continue through this weekend and into next week.
According to the National Weather Service, underneath largely sunny skies, temperatures will hover close to 20 degrees for a high Saturday and Sunday with lows dipping to around 10 or single digits in the overnight hours.
However, wind chill variables will make things feel like 10 degrees below zero both Saturday and Sunday morning.
Temps will gradually rise through the week with highs of 34 and 31 predicted for both Wednesday and Thursday respectively.
