EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- Happy Thanksgiving, El Paso! A backdoor cold front dropped temperatures into the lower 60s where they will stay until the weekend.  We’re looking at a high near 61 degrees for Friday paired with partly sunny skies. Light winds from the southeast will be present throughout much of the afternoon. We’ll see a low near 43 degrees overnight.  For Saturday a gradual warming trend will kick off with a high around 66 degrees that will continue throughout the rest of the week. Highs for the workweek will be in the mid to upper 60s range, getting close to reaching the 70s towards the end of the week. Lows will remain in the 40s.
