COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Governor Henry McMaster proclaimed December as “Wreaths Across America” Month, honoring Veterans. On December 14, over 2 million volunteers with Wreaths Across American will lay wreaths at the grave sites of Veterans across the U.S. And here locally, at noon that day, over 13,00 wreaths will be placed at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
