WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- DC Fire and EMS said three people were displaced after a house fire in Southeast D.C. on Saturday morning.

Crews said on X that just after 6 a.m., they were dispatched to the 1400 block of Congress Place for a fire in the attic of a 2-story semi-detached dwelling.
First responders said the fire was under control and investigators were at the scene.
There were no reported injuries, according to crews at the scene.
The Red Cross of the National Capital and Greater Chesapeake Region is assisting the three people displaced.
