APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - Traffic on I-41 northbound in Appleton near College Avenue is heavily backed up after a crash has caused all lanes to be shut down. According to WisDOT, the crash happened around 10:50 a.m. and is estimated to take roughly two hours to clear. Officials say that all lanes on northbound I-41 from US 10 to College Avenue are blocked.
