WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) -- A Sedgwick County Courthouse police employee has been arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of criminal threat.
A county spokesperson did not give details of what allegedly happened. She said the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office is investigating and will present the case to the district attorney for possible charges.
The county has placed the worker on administrative leave until the DA's decision and the outcome of an internal investigation.

"Sedgwick County Government is dedicated to providing a healthy, safe and welcoming community," the spokesperson said. "Due to this being a criminal investigation and a personnel matter, Sedgwick County will not comment further."
