AMBER Alert canceled after three Massachusetts children found safely

STOUGHTON, Mass. (WWLP) - An AMBER alert was issued for three children believed to have been kidnapped by their mother in Stoughton, Massachusetts.
The Massachusetts State Police issued an AMBER alert at around 9:53 p.m. on Friday for 29-year-old Ashley Vazquez who was believed to have packed her children's belongings and taken her 10-year-old son, 9-year-old and 8-year-old daughters from their home earlier Friday.
Stoughton police said that they believed the children were in danger. The use of geolocation technology helped track down the vehicle that was being used by Vazquez and was found at around 10:30 p.m. in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston.
At around 10:56 p.m., the State Police canceled the alert stating that the three children had been located safely.

The police were seeking the public's help in locating a gray 2023 Toyota Rav4 SUV with Massachusetts registration plates of 2FZD76.

The investigation was conducted by the Stoughton Police who worked with other law enforcement agencies including the Massachusetts State Police Critical Incident Technical Investigations Team and the Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section task force to find the children.
