EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries after a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on Friday, Nov. 22 in West El Paso, El Paso Police Department (EPPD) said in an alert sent to the media just before 7 p.m. Photos by Nigel Wickens - KTSM The crash happened at the intersection of North Festival Drive and North Mesa Street, EPPD said.
