BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County Coroner's Office has identified a Maricopa woman who was killed after being involved in a car crash in Taft. April Dawneen Davis, 54, was pronounced dead at Kern Medical Oct. 29, after a car she was riding in was struck by another vehicle at the intersection of Wood Street and Naylor Avenue the day before, according to CHP. The crash took place on Oct. 28, at about 4:37 p.m. The California Highway Patrol is investigating this incident, if you have any information call 661-396-6600.
