WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said a man was arrested and charged in connection to a fatal Northeast D.C. shooting. Police said that on Sept. 14 at about 5 a.m., they responded to the report of a man down in the 2200 block of Adams Place.
