ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – One person is in life-threatening condition after a shooting outside a gas station on Clifford Avenue, Rochester Police confirm. According to officials, Rochester Police responded to the location on the corner of Clifford Avenue and North Street for a ShotSpotter activation. When officers arrived, they found a 42-year-old man inside a vehicle in the gas station parking lot with at least one gunshot wound the upper and lower body. RPD says the person was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by AMR and is currently in life-threatening condition. Police have yet to make arrests related to this shooting. Rochester Police blocked off an area surrounding a gas station on Clifford Avenue and it has since re-opened. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or contact Crime Stoppers.
