ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A 17-year-old ended up in handcuffs after Albuquerque police said he pointed a gun at officers. Police encountered the teen last Thursday on Central Ave. and Vermont St. last week after receiving reports of a suspicious person with a gun. New Mexico State Police arrest man accused of stealing U-Haul, motorcycle inside The teen took off running and flashed the gun at one point. The officers eventually found the teen with the fully loaded gun still in his possession along with $6,800 in cash. Police did not name the teen.
