MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A new music venue is coming to Midtown and adding to Memphis' music scene, thanks to Crosstown Concourse and venue operator Live Nation.

Crosstown Concourse says the state-of-the-art, 35,000 square-foot space will have a 1,300-person capacity and will host 100 events annually. They expect the project to "contribute to the neighborhood’s economic vibrancy through increased foot traffic and permanent job creation."
Live Nation also plans to hire over 150 permanent staff, with base pay starting at $20 per hour.
In a press release, Crosstown Concourse says the venue will honor Memphis' rich musical heritage while filling a key gap in the market, providing a platform for artists eager to perform in the city.
