2024 NEW Top Dog contest winner becomes the face of their very own beer

OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) - The Oshkosh Area Humane Society announced the 2024 NEW Top Dog contest winner, giving Northeast Wisconsin residents another chance to enter their pets into a contest to become the face of a locally brewed beer.
In a Facebook post from the Oshkosh Area Humane Society, a dog named Randall has won the special honor of having Fifth Ward Brewing Company brew and name a beer after him.

With over $14,000 in prizes and the chance to have a beer named after a pet, the NEW Top Dog contest is an online, vote-driven contest that will determine the top dog in Northeast Wisconsin.
The contest is a collaboration between eight animal rescue organizations, seven breweries, and Kiwanis, with all proceeds benefiting pets and children in the region.
Dog owners paid $10 to enter their pups into their shelter's photo contest. All contest entrants and voters received a coupon for $10 off of a $50 purchase at Fleet Farm locations.

The Facebook post also mentions second through tenth place winners, who will also be featured on the beer can alongside Randall, are Ralphie, Nash, Charlie, Willow, Bernard, Atlas, Prada, Kingston, and Luna Camille.
