Trinity Lutheran holds community Thanksgiving feast

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — Trinity Lutheran School in Pueblo celebrated the holiday season early with a Thanksgiving feast on Friday, Nov. 22.
Every year, Trinity hosts a Thanksgiving feast for all early learning center and school families. The meal includes all of your traditional thanksgiving dishes, and gives the community time to bond.
During the event on Friday, the school also recognized Jo Ann Collins-Jaramillo for winning the Early Childhood Director of the Year award for the Rocky Mountain District.

"Very overwhelming and very humbling because there are many, many people who deserve this award besides me," said Collins-Jaramillo. "And so I am just grateful and thankful to have been chosen among the multitudes of people who could have also won."
Collins has worked in the early childhood field for more than 20 years. The Trinity Early Learning Academy said it is blessed to have Collins' leadership and enthusiasm.
