BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Meet this week's Pet of the Week, Pepe! Pepe is a 4-month-old mix breed, who grew up in the shelter, according to Brian McLaughlin with the Bakersfield SPCA. McLaughlin says Pepe is a mellow puppy who won't get too much bigger but he will need a yard to play in.
