Police shot a 19-year-old man in the leg in the Bronx on Friday afternoon, police sources told the Daily News. Officers responded to White Plains Road near Lafayette Ave. in Soundview around 3:10 p.m., cops said. According to police sources, the 19-year-old was in a parking lot outside a large housing complex.
