Work management platform monday.com opened its second Denver office in the LoDo neighborhood on Thursday to accommodate the company’s growth in the region. On the third floor of the 1755 Blake Street office building, the new 26,000-square-foot office is more than twice the size of the company’s other location on Market Street, which sits at 10,000 square feet. “Since opening the doors to our first Denver office two years ago, our team has grown by 79%, exceeding expectations. Their contributions have been instrumental in driving sales growth and customer support in the North American region,” said monday’s Chief People and Legal Officer Shiran Nawi in a Thursday morning news release. The company spells its name with a lowercase “m.” “We are thrilled to expand into a larger space featuring collaborative work areas. This space will allow us to cultivate a workplace where employees feel inspired by the local Denver community and deeply connected to monday.com’s broader mission and goals.” In collaboration with monday employees, the office incorporates flexible workspaces, uses furniture finds from local antique stores and displays art from Denver-based artists like RUMTUM, who was commissioned to create a mural for the office. “About 60% of the artwork that we have here are from local artists and the rest are from the monday design team,” said monday’s Interior Designer Gal Biran, who led and oversaw all design for the Denver office. monday.com’s Interior Designer Gal Biran said about 60% of the artwork in the office is from local artists. So we try to incorporate all of that into the design.” With 110 desks, 10 distinctive meeting rooms, 10 phone booths, a cozy mother’s room, a meditation room, a kitchen area, an arcade with an open music space and several lounge areas, Biran said the main design goal for the office is to create a comfortable space, accommodating and fun for everyone. “Colorado is excited to see monday.com expand their home here in Denver and continue creating jobs for Coloradans,” said Gov. Jared Polis. “This new facility will help foster the innovation we are known for in Colorado, and I look forward to seeing monday.com’s continued impact in our state.” Colorado Gov.
