FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A 21-year-old man was arrested Thursday in connection to the recent stabbing on Indiana Tech's campus. Isaiah McKee now faces a preliminary charge of aggravated battery, a Level 3 felony. Isaiah McKee (Courtesy Allen County Sheriff's Department) Fort Wayne Police arrested McKee near East Jefferson Boulevard and Lafayette Street just before 9 p.m., according to a release. Police said he was wanted in connection to the Sept. 19 stabbing outside Warrior Field House in the middle of the afternoon. The victim was said to be in non-life-threatening condition. Indiana Tech officials said they believe the suspect – who fled the scene – was not a student at the university. The press release noted that police would like to thank everyone who called in with information that led to the arrest.
