The storm expected to bring with it heavy wind, and even more rain in addition to what the Capital city has already seen. The Columbia -Richland Fire Department now urging residents to stay safe, by staying home if you don’t absolutely have to be out on the roadway. Some of the conditions the ABC Columbia Weather Team has been forecasting for days have already begun to have an impact on the area. The Fire Department posting these photos on social media showing some of the damage. You can see where a large tree blocked access to one road in a Columbia community. Another image, showing just one of the many roads covered in water in the Trenholm Park and Bethel Church Road area.
