COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- A registered sex offender is under arrest after he allegedly touched himself sexually while children walked past his home. Joshua Brock, 32, of Columbus, was arrested on Sept. 18 and charged with public indecency and pandering obscenity involving a minor. Watch: Registered sex offender arrested According to Columbus police, Brock allegedly admitted during an interview with officers that he touched himself sexually while standing at an all-glass storm door of a home while children walked past on their way home from a bus stop. During a search of Brock's cell phone, investigators allegedly found child sexual abuse material, at which time, Brock allegedly admitted to having similar material on hard drives at his home, saying he was a "collector." Brock is scheduled to be in Franklin County court on Friday.
