WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Kansas Department of Transportation said the exit ramp from westbound Kellogg to southbound Interstate 135 is closing on Sept. 30 until late December. KDOT said the closure is necessary for a project involving "milling, patching and a concrete overlay being placed on each side consecutively."
