Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was charged with driving while intoxicated after his vehicle hit and injured a motorcyclist in Syracuse on Wednesday, police said.At 9:38 p.m. a motorcyclist was driving north on South Geddes Street when a gray SUV hit him head-on, police said.
